In September 2026, the Bermuda Ski & Snowboard Association hosted its first fundraising event: an intimate whisky tasting evening at The Vault by The Botanist.

The event brought together supporters of the charity for a special evening in aid of the Snow Angel Bursary, helping to create opportunities for people in Bermuda to experience skiing or snowboarding who might not otherwise have the chance.

The evening was generously supported by a number of local businesses, including The Botanist, Gosling's Limited, Discovery Wines, Waterfront Wines and Tuck Shop Bermuda, whose contributions helped make the event particularly memorable.

With a full house and wonderful support from our founding patrons, the evening marked an exciting first step in the BSSA’s fundraising programme and the continued growth of the charity.
